ARTIST RIGHTS:⤐ I have the right to turn down any commission.⤐ I have the right to post any and all commissioned works to my social media pages for advertising purposes/general posting. If you wish for your commission to remain private just ask and I will not post it.CLIENT RIGHTS:⤐ You may print your commission for personal use only.⤐ You may not print your commission for a profit. If you are interested in doing so please reach out to me and we can discuss pricing for commercial use.⤐ You may reupload your commission as long as you provide the proper credit (i.e tagging my account or linking back to my social media)⤐ You may edit or crop your commission in any way you'd like, but you may not use it as reference for your own work.⤐ You may not use any commissioned work I make for you in any AI programs, used for NFTs, or any kind of crypto related scams whatsoever. Doing so will result in me blacklisting you.⤐ If you wish to have me tweak anything small in your commission after it's complete I will happily do so. If it's large redraw there will be a fee discussed for such changes.WILL NOT DRAW:⤐ I will absolutely not, under any circumstances take any type of commission that involves Lolicon, Shotacon, Incest, or Adult/Minor content. I'm not comfortable with that type of content, and do not wish to draw it.⤐ I will also never take any commission that contains hateful content directed at anyone or any community, nor will I draw any political content.⤐ I do not draw heavy gore, but light gore is allowed.⤐ I will never accept AI Generated Content as a reference or example. No exceptions.⤐ (If you're curious about anything else, please feel free to ask. I update this list frequently.)PAYMENT INFORMATION:⤐ Payment is due upfront via PayPal only. If payment is not received within 24 hours after the invoice has been sent to the buyer, the commission will be canceled. Terms for partial payment up front can be discussed via DMs.⤐ Once the invoice has been paid a confirmation message will be sent before commission is started.⤐ Base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, and size of the commission.⤐ If you need a deadline for a commission, please DM me to discuss. (RUSH ORDERS WILL HAVE AN EXTRA CHARGE)⤐ Commissions in which a partial payment has been given will be shown a preview of the final product including a large watermark until final payment is received.REFUNDS / ART REVISIONS:⤐ A full refund will be given if the sketch is either not started yet or barely progressed.⤐ A partial refund will be given if the sketch is halfway done or further along.⤐ No refunds will be given once the sketch phase is complete. No exceptions.⤐ You have a total of 2 revisions you can make once the sketch phase is complete. Any revisions after will cost extra.⤐ This does not mean, however, you have unlimited revisions during the sketch phase-- 5 are allowed during the sketch phase.

⇝Character Design Fee⇜

75-350+ USD

A Character Design Fee will be applied when I'm given:

⇝ A written description with no visuals whatsoever⇝ A written description with an inspo board or mood board provided⇝ Reference pictures of different parts of existing characters (i.e "I want something similar to x character")Basically if you don't have an existing FULLBODY image of your character a creation fee will be applied, as I'll essentially be creating a character from scratch.

A Character Design Fee can be applied to ANY of my commission types, however this is mainly tied to my reference sheets.The Character Design Fee exists because when making a character from scratch it will take me much more time than usual. Character design is a collaborative effort between the client and the artist, and as such a lot of back and forth will take place.TLDR: It takes a lot longer than a normal commission and requires direct and constant communication between the client and the artist.
